The first 3 steps include:
   1.  Meet with a lender to determine the amount of house you can afford.  Have the lender “preapprove” you for a loan.  This first step is imperative in the home buying process.

   2.  Determine cost, size of home, and area you want to live.  Other factors include school district, proximity to workplace, and community benefits.
  

   3.  Research homes on this website under "find a home" to match your price/criteria with specific areas.  Enlist our services to search for the homes that best match your criteria.  We can find homes meeting your criteria as soon as they hit the market, increasing the likelihood of finding the best price in the area of your choosing.
